Complaints concerning Heritage Bible College should be handled in a Christian manner. Please begin by reviewing the HBC Complaint Process.

Complaints about facilities, staff, financial aid or any other non-academic matter, should be directed to the President of Heritage Bible College, President Stephen Rzonca.

Academic

If you have a formal complaint about an academic issue at Heritage Bible College, follow these steps:

1. Contact the instructor to see if you can resolve the issue.


2. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the instructor, then please contact the departmental chair:
